Regarding returns and cancellations

We accept cancellations of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations cannot be made if the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
In order to accept a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. When returning an item, please make sure to return it to the correct address.
Please note: There is no 14 day refund right for special order or personalized items.
If the return is due to the customer's convenience, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Specific fees are based on the express company you select.
If, due to our circumstances, the product is damaged or incorrect, the consumer will not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
No restocking fees will be charged to the consumer;

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been accepted and inspection has been completed, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or unpaid refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
